Project Bleu is a Portland-based organization created by students for students. We want to spread the message of student collaboration and involvement, especially during this time of disconnection and distancing. We believe that education is imperative to the development of every person and should under no circumstances become compromised. By providing a service that establishes connections between students who are willing to tutor and those who need tutoring, Project Bleu hopes to forge a community of learners.
